I had to post a blog just for the purpose of advertising my sister Erin's new web page.It is a support system for people with Crohn's disease. She has been pretty much symptom free since she started the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, and she has been excited about sharing it with others. So if you know someone with Crohn's then send them her way!

Great pictures!! I'm so happy to hear that you had a wonderful visit with Erin and that she is doing so well with the pregnancy and also the Crohn's Disease.I love the adoring look that Anders is giving Erin in the one photo.

I'm so glad to hear that Erin is doing so well on SCD. I always did better when I stuck with it - need to get back on the wagon! What is the website?
